Draft prototype policies

These drafts support booking-flow testing, but they must be completed and professionally reviewed before accepting live customers or payments.

!

These are not final commercial policies. Final timing, fees, contact details, and procedures will be added before launch.

01

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Customers should request changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late changes or missed access may require a fee once live pricing is activated. Any fee and exception must be shown before a booking is confirmed.

02

Privacy Policy

Contact, property, and booking information is collected only to estimate, schedule, communicate about, and complete requested services. The commercial version must identify its data processors, retention period, customer rights, and contact method before public launch.

03

Terms of Service

A submitted request and website price are not a confirmed appointment or final quote. Sparkling Home Care LLC confirms the service scope and final price in writing after reviewing the property's actual size, condition, rooms, bathrooms, access, and requested add-ons. Photos or an on-site walkthrough may be required before service begins. Airbnb laundry covers used guest sheets and towels only when the host provides working on-site equipment and detergent; personal clothing and off-site laundry are excluded.

04

Payment Policy

No payment is collected in this private prototype. Before launch, the confirmed price, accepted payment methods, deposit rules, due date, refund handling, and failed-payment terms must be displayed before checkout.

05

Access to Property Policy

The customer is responsible for providing safe and timely access. Entry codes and key instructions should be accurate. Time lost because access is unavailable may affect service completion and future live fees.

06

Pet Policy

Customers should disclose pets and provide instructions needed for a safe visit. Pets that may be anxious or aggressive should be secured in a separate area before the team arrives.

07

Damage or Breakage Policy

Customers should identify fragile, damaged, valuable, or unstable items before service. Any incident should be documented and reported promptly. Final responsibility and claim procedures must be reviewed before commercial launch.

08

Satisfaction Policy

If an approved service does not match the confirmed scope, the customer should contact the business within the response window that will be published before launch. Resolution may include review, touch-up, or another appropriate remedy.

09

Tips

Tips are optional and never required. Whether digital tipping is accepted, and how tips are distributed, will be confirmed before payment processing is activated.
